@Totalanimefan: Yeah. /: Luckily there are vegan/vegetarian ramen places, or ones that choose to use chicken broth in the US. Sucks because the broth doesn’t look as thick as the pork one.

There is a miso ramen shop near me where the base is actually miso and not pork.

@Totalanimefan: Bless the American ramen shops. There is one near me that does miso and chicken broth. They serve it with a slab of pork, but I can substitute it for another egg. :’)
