I think they'd go on the stocking layer which I totally haven't been uploading on for the past few hours, what?
I think it goes stockings<pants<skirts. Shoes can sometimes go over or under pants based on where they're uploaded and meant to go...but I think they'd def go over stockings.

I vote for Mica's trench coat, number 3. I love wearing trench coats AND its unisex. :)
Anythin' is unisex if you want it to be. I could pull off that one red skirt--the suspender one. Be a bit out of my style, of course, maybe replace the little hearts with tiny skulls... *scratches cheek and considers*
