@Lufi: it was a really hard Time i just slept or i had a Attack. I also was pretty underweighted back than because its exhausting but you seem to know how it is like to have a panic attack right?

@inatlaka: it was uncontrollable its komplex to find a Source!!! Ist just the fear that you can die soon
@miss sandman: I see! I sometimes suffer from anxious feelings of my mother locating me. But I dont feel too bad. But it is horrible feeling. I begin having nightmares of her attacking me in my dreams. I'm happy you have medicine. That must be horrible feeling.

@miss sandman: Yes. It is a mix of Love, and hate and confusion. I love her from far away. Luckily I have 2 loving grandmas.

@Miss Sandman: I used to have them regularly when I was in high school, but I haven't had one in a couple of years. I can't imagine having multiple panic attacks in one day. :c

@miss sandman: yes it is for the best. At first it hurt me alot. Because she said horrible things to me. But it is truly for the best. Because now I'm only surrounded by people with lots of love.

@inatlaka: i just dont understand how a mother can do such things!! mine was an alcoholic and she did the same but was the best mom if she was sober....... she never wanted to hear what she call me and do to me if she was drunk.....
