@Lina: well, that is part of the job, but I know some people can be real pains in the ****, whether it's appropriate or not.
@Wildfire: I would argue it’s never appropriate to be mean to strangers.
Especially about things they have no control over.
@Lina: I agree. Further, it's usually not necessary to be rude to just about anyone (there are exceptions, imo)
@Wildfire: i really hate rudeness.
I try to be as polite as possible.
And I’m definitely much more willing to help someone or bend rules for someone who is polite.
