I am great actually, had an ice cream stick and ate some home made maki rolls. I cooked japanese rice for the first time today and it turned out pretty good. How about you!?

It reminds me that I need to buy some ingredients to make gim-bap!
I boiled them instead of frying them. Was a big mistake, haha.
Plus I forgot to get soy sauce, so my partner and I were putting the most RANDOM of things on the dumplings (including mayonaisse, siracha, and sesame oil) LOL!!
