@Lina: My friend's doctor put her on a calorie counting diet, because her weight is causing some medical issues for her. So to help support her, her husband and I decided to do it with her. Keep her on track. I was doing alright for a while, and then I got sick. When I got sick I didn't count like I was supposed to, and drank way more orange juice than water. Now that I'm better I can focus better on keeping myself on track.

The way my life works we only grocery shop once a month. Which makes it harder to plan for myself, because it all has to feed three people and not just me.
