@lunakiri: Yeah, that sucks. :( The site I had drama issues with I REALLY liked, too... so I'm really disappointed. They had great avatars as well. Have you looked into Dappervolk? That should be coming out in beta next year.

I know the art style is hit-or-miss. I heard the layout even gives (gave?) some people eyestrain, at least during alpha... I'm going to use my friend's extra beta code, though, because I'm a hopeless pet site addict and I need a new site after my experience with the last one. :/

I put a LOT of money into Aywas, then I got banned.
I'm hoping to find another site to give loads of money to - but not holding my breath that it'll be DV. If only just because I've seen how Syn is not very nice/very good with people.

@lunakiri: The staff of the old site I was playing was generally great. Except for that one time. But I really try hard not to say anything bad about them, you know? The game is really good and if it weren't for a specific niche of the community being really shitty to me I might even still be a mod there >_>

I'm not interested in custom pets too much, myself. I kind of wonder sometimes why I play pet sites because I often get attracted to them because of things like battle features, which are almost always the WORST-designed features. >_>

@lunakiri: I wish pet sites would decide if they want to be "online games" or just simply "online communities." If they want to be games... then please, for the love of God, the developers need to LEARN GAME DESIGN...

@lunakiri: Yeah, that makes it hard. :( Although to be fair, making a pet site without a decently large staff would be pretty hard too, so you'd probably be ending up with a dedicated programmer anyway.
