@Luffer Nutter: we have a housing problem (waiting list in Amsterdam for renting a house is 15 ish years), but they give you money every 3 months when you have kids. The insurance also pays everything when you have them and they're free in your insurance until they're 21.
If you have a low income, you also get help paying for your insurance and rent.

@Tuijp: We don't really have a housing problem here in Croatia..Lots of empty houses where I live because everyone is moving to Germany for better employment opportunities. Most people that don't just stay in their ancestral homes.
