I have no idea why (I mean, there must be a scientific explanation) but cloudy days like this are brighter than sunny days @_@

Same reason a lot of nightlights actually make it harder to see in a dark room. One bright source makes everything else seem darker in comparison, and make your pupils contract more. '3'
