Favorite game in the franchise?
Mine is 358/2 Days. The story from that game stuck with me.The twists, the turns, the sadness - it's real. Not to mention that the game is on the DS - my favorite console (I think I prefer the games on handhelds, honestly).
I've played them all except for 3.
I think Kingdom Hearts I is my favorite, just for nostalgia's sake.
Kingdom Hearts II was the first one I beat, weirdly. I also played one for the Gameboy...can't remember which.
I always liked Kingdom Hearts, but I think I got lost somewhere when they started making games about Roxas lmao
Riku was one of my earliest crushes, because I was a freak and a fool.
And I imprinted HARD on Naminé. I kind of liked individual characters more than any one game.
The characters were always pretty cool (I'm lookin at you Axel 
). They each have distinct personalities (not to mention the outfits) - and I mean it's frickin Disney people mixed in there; so ye. Roxas is a cool guy, but I will admit with his addition and all the stuff he brings with him proved to complicate the story a bit too much. But for what it is, it's fun. :D

@Colan: I had 358/2 and played it heavily on DS. That was the only Kingdom Hearts game I owned. I played a bit of older console games but didn’t get far. I did best 358/2

Did you have anybody to play it with? It was only replaying the missions already beaten in multiplayer, but you could play them in 4-player co-op. I played a bunch with my brother after we had both beaten the game - it was pretty fun.

@Bonnie: I really can’t think of a favorite map; just the map I loathed. Countless hours trapped in the Alice and Wonderland world does something to a man.

@Colan: I haven’t seen the new movie but I am waiting for it to hit Disney Plus. I wonder if it’s already one there. I tried to get it on RedBox but they were out
@Bonnie: Dang. Welp, when ya see it please share the deets! I thought it was pretty good actually. Will did a good job, and made his own genie that was cool. The sets were beautiful. And the characters weren’t terrible so ye.
@Colan: oh yeah I’ll let you know. I’ve heard mostly great things about it. I kind of wanna go back and play 358/2 again....I still have my 3DS but I don’t know if i have the game still
