A straight goodnight sleep when I don't wake up with a coughing fit in the middle of the night TwT
If I have to go into work:
Ngl, pseudoephedrine and lots of coffee.
(RIP my heart but hey, ya boy's gotta pay bills LOL)
Bad advice, don't do this XD
If I am off of work or staying home:
SLEEP, lots of vitamins, good food, and enough Nyquil to kill a horse.
(again, do not do that last bit LOL)

I pretty much sleep a lot and really only take meds when being sick becomes unbearable. Of course, if prescribed something, I'll take it per the instructions, but OTC stuff is so-so with me lol.

@koneko: tea is definitely helping my sore throat, i put a little honey in it! i hope you feel better too. being sick (or sick-ish) sucks
@PurpdaBurpPurp: i totally just took a 6hr nap in the middle of the day
@Kozi: i hope taco bell counts as good food LOL it's the only thing i felt like eating

i hope if i stay hydrated enough i can make it through this and be ready for work on monday
@Aisukohi: i totally get what you mean. especially with dayquil and other equivalent cold/flu medicines - it'll take me from a stuffy nose that i can at least blow and clear out to COMPLETELY congested and totally unable to breathe through my nose. i always think it's a good idea at first to take it and then, after taking it, remember why i shouldn't. pretty sure it also gave me an unproductive cough earlier since the cough is now gone after my nap so not sure what's up with that lol
