hmm well he doesn't open it all the way usually. like the inner lid thing, there's a little bit of the white that doesn't quite go all the way in haha. you know when they open their eyes and the inner lids slide back?

I think that it's about average. spay is like 330 on average
I've seen people asking about the price in the rescue group because maybe they're more experienced pet owners from the states haha and other people have said that it wasn't as expensive in the US because the government subsidizes them
