@bum: Nah it's in the settings... You set out your post style and where it says [ post ] is where what you type appears
Bum, if you go into your settings > "Forum settings" there will be a box there. You put what you want your post format to look like. Then all you have to do is post like normally and it will automatically put the post format on.
