@star2000shadow: I stepped wrong today and got a bad pain in my leg that made my knee, and foot/ankle bones hurt a lot like a shooting pain. So I've been elevating it, I had to make dinner and bake a cake so I was on it for a bit. I can still walk.
Mind you I've broken a bone that connets to my toe, and ankle bone before on the leg that I am elevating And I have hurt my knees a lot more than I'd like to have between getting shots and skinned up pretty badly.

Yeah i hear you there, i have no .. Cartilage something like that in one knee, and I've had an infection in that leg several times, plus a big ol wound that lasted about four years in the healing process. so i can so get it. and that does sound like a semi bad day.
@unicorn: yes and no. The weather is lovely. But the people are a bit mean/aggressive. XD
like neighbors really feel they own the sidewalks.
