Haven't forgotten tea. No. That would be a crime for me.
I paint a bit, and very lazy. To save energy and time, after making pasta I use those mason jars for everything. They are good for lots of different storage: pencils, brushes, cut plants, random junk, food, beverages, water to rinse paint off brushes.
Do you see where this is going?
When I paint, I neeed to have a cup of tea (or four). It relaxes me and gives me something to do besides painting! The problem is when the tea jar gets mixed with the paint water jar. It's ok to stick a paintbrush into tea, it gets taken out really fast. The problem is taking a swig of paint water. You can't spit it out onto the paint and floor, even though that's your initial reaction. And sometimes you end up drinking the water and softly crying into your painting. Trying to reevaluate your life and what lead you to drinking paint water.
And I lied. I've forgotten tea before. Found a jar between my canvases once, and another time found a jar with a cut flower in it. Not sure what I was thinking.
