@ChiffonOrange: Yeah I am planning to get an all in one.
As i have no room to get a tower with a desktop.
so i figured all in one is a way to go. Originally the desktop i was planning to get was $599 but
they didn't have things that i needed that were crucial like USB ports and headphone jack.
So the new desktop I plan to get is...$699 and potentially with accidental damage warranty...around $700

Lol. I can't kill my sims. I just can't.
I have strong attachments to fictional characters as it is lol

Ahaha... well I don't have any problem with killing my sims (especially the ones I find them annoying or hate)

unless I'm attached to one, but I understand not everyone likes to see their sims killed. Heck, when I let my brother play the game, he just creates one and then kills them in the end. I'm like "oh well, suit yourself".

I've never killed one so i don't think i'd purposely do it.
Because every sim i make i deeply care about xD
I couldn't even kill off characters when i use to write stories.
I just...can't lol.

That's understandable. I guess it's because you see them as your children (please don't take it as in a rude way ^_^; ) and once you get attached to them, you find yourself unable to do something awful to them. :o

@MoodyBats: Alright then. It depends on what kind of computer it is, I recommend a gaming computer or perhaps a computer that can handle certain games like Sims 4. :o

I only played Sims 4 a bit if I'm bored, though for some reason I had trouble logging in on Origin (which said technical difficulties but it's not even though I already keyed in my email address/ID and pw correct) :B and the only options for me is to use a VPN or a mobile hotspot then disable it after logging in Dx

@ChiffonOrange: Gaming computers are not in my budget.
Though i don't really like them either lol.
Plus if it has strong graphics it should be fine.
The computer i do plan to get has one of the highest strongest graphics.
Which i chose on purpose.

I uninstalled mine as i thought i was going to stream art and that was not working
so now i have no games on mine lmao

@ChiffonOrange: For me the current computer i found has everything i would need.
including SO much storage. Artists need lots of storage.
I usually know what i need as learning from past computers i've had.
I've had 3 different computers. Some good some bad[worst one is my current one].

Stream would just constantly stop my music, couldn't hardly draw either.
So much lag to draw hair. And it was the only thing I had up besides my music.
and it cut off. So that was that.
Doesn't help my computer is so weak.
But like i said this computer can barely do anything.
Can barely handle my art program. so it's just...a fight everyday to do simple tasks.

i feel u about the storage
right now i have 1.17 gb of available storage left lolll
i want to upgrade soon too, and the biggest thing i'm thinking about is getting lots of storage for all the creative projects i want to do!

it also took me a while to understand the difference bn RAM and storage -
like if you have lots of storage but no ram it'll still lag
if you have no storage but lots of ram, it won't lag but it might not save lol

i hope u can upgrade ur set up soon so u can do everything u want :-)

@moodybats: i too hope you are feeling better <3 social media is a monster and it can be really difficult, especially if you're not in a great headspace. one thing that helped me with gaining followers during downtime though - they followed you cuz they like what they saw and it isn't a demand for art. they're sticking around for whenever there's an update. :D
and if they're impatient they can DEAL WITH ITTT

if any of you folks have PC questions feel free to hit me up - I'm not great at PRICING stuff but i can at least try to point you in the right direction. I work in IT irl and built my PC so i think i know a little bit. :vanora_sweat:

but yeah you're gonna want at least 8 gigs of RAM nowadays, thankfully RAM is super cheap! storage is also quite cheap these days (harddrives etc).

I'm not super happy with the art I produce. So I question about commissions lol.

The comp I want has about i think 8GB Ram and 1tb storage.
So plenty. And ram can be upgraded up to 16GB.

@Addy: it's not too much pressure of social media.
Like I'm way excited to post.
I just...have nothing lol.
I haven't done art in so many days because of my schedule
so it's hard to do art when my desk is highly uncomfortable and i can't manage to art unless I'm comfortable
but i also don't want to lay in bed all day long
