@moodybats: honestly sleeping weird is how i get most of my injuries so i feel you lol
i often recommend stretching but over-exertion is a real thing too, so pls know your limits and take care ;w; legs is important!

I try to do simple stretches every morning cause I've got two bum knees and sleep like a contortionist. I gotta say, being off of concrete these past few months has been a real relief tho. No more ibuprofen at the end of the day

@Addy: This was over reblogging a piece to a PF group. Apparently it doesn't save your tags when reblogging. Which, fair enough, I didn't know. I asked if there were any tags in particular I should use and they replied that they aren't even active in the group but any tags are fine???
