oo youtube does music streams, you can filter for live streams
i usually listen to those when i want bg music for a long time
or will start w/ music and let autoplay + the algorithm do its thing

i have a hard time w/ talking in the bg cuz i either am listening or i'm not,
like i'm either interested and then it's distracting or it gets tuned out completely lol
