@Panda: Real answer: That depends on what you mean by "trust." If you mean like "are they going to run away with money," that's very possible still, there have been plenty of VPS projects that have had money donated to them and not gotten past alpha. If you mean "is it going to be a nice site," there are no "nice" sites, so strap yourself in for the ride.

I am probably going to join it, Winter has an extra beta code she is giving me. I'm looking for a second home after *~pet site trauma city~* but I don't have high expectations for Dappervolk's gameplay or my personal longevity in its community.

@Panda: If you plan on backing through Backerkit or the post-Kickstarter store, I suggest finding that information again before taking it to be true. That is a Kickstarter policy and, as per the policy, money has already been taken from the accounts of backers.
