Easy Mug Cake:

• Big Microwave Safe Mug
  
• 4 tbs of cake mix (You can literally use whatever but I usually buy the cheapest $1 yellow mix)
  
• 3 tbs of milk
  

(You can scale the cake up or down just make sure you have one less tbs of milk to mix. You can always add more milk as needed.)

Mix until smooth. (If it's still too lumpy add a little more milk.)
Microwave 1 min (If the sides are still wet microwave again for 10 seconds)
Cool for 1 min
You can plate it? I guess? That's extra work and I ain't about that life
Add frosting (again cheap $1 frosting, I refrigerate the rest.)

No frosting? No problem:

• Add a spoonful of nutella right in the middle. Keep it off the bottom so it doesn't burn. If it does burn add at 30 secs next time. May need to cool longer.
  
• Add chocolate chips. I usually add them right after I remove from microwave so the can melt on top. If you add them while cooking YMMV.
  
• You can also zap the chips in a separate bowl for 30 secs and pour on top. I usually add a little butter or peanut butter to smooth it out.
  
• Add sprinkles.
  
• Fudge or caramel topping would probably be could.
  
• Whip cream? Strawberries??? Idk get creative

@xvz: Nice! If you like the peanut butter/chocolate combo I also recommend chocolate peanut butter no-bakes. Or as my family calls them, top of the stove cookies. (And in the south they call them cow patties... for obvious reasons XP)

@lilykin: ooh my mom used to make a very similar version of those cookies, they're so good ;o;

The butter might be a bit much for me but my bf really likes butter .. like I've never met somebody who likes it more than him lol

Sugar though, I'm unstoppable. I was raised on extra-sweetened Kool-aid so I'm a sugar fiend.

omg i knew someone in tn whose sweet tea was 1:1 sugar to water lol

i liked sweets enough as a kid but a few years ago i think my tolerance for sweet has gotten fairly low
like i'll eat something i liked a lot as a kid and it'll be too sweet now :-(
sometimes i'll avoid eating nostalgic sweets so i can preserve the good memory of it lol

going to the store can be more of an effort for me (i live in the city so it's all walking and carrying lol) so i'd rather not have to leave the house to get my brownie fix lol

oh hmm i think brown sugar is just sugar with molasses? i think for me it tastes a little different, like white sugar can taste kind of thin to me sometimes?
also one time i made brownies with white sugar and didn't dissolve it all the way so i kept tasting the sugar grains lol and i think associate it with that experience
