"seriously. You should be largely immune.... shouldn't you?" She asked, not entirely sure what it was that the right answer was, but reasonably sure that that's how it was. She knew that her and her family were quite unlikely to be sick in one way or another because of the vampire genetics that they had.

"And... if you, a not completely human being out there that is sick enough to have to skip class...? That... may be case concern."

"If... y'know, that actually amounts to anything." She added with a shrug.

"I dunno how much good I Could do, being smaller than both of ya." She then commented, "But I can possibly at least help, a bit?"

Jordan just shook her head as her brother left.

"... he thinks I'm manipulating you." She told Sebastien bluntly.

"The problem with that, is I don't have any mana." She added. "Therefore yeah, I'm part vampire, but I can't access that."

"Yeah, apparently I'm an odd one." Jordan commented with a shrug.

"Comes with the territory of my eye, I suppose." She added.

"And I... don't rightly know. He said he could pick up on it, being what he is, and all that. I didn't actually ask more specifically, as I was a little annoyed at the time."

"16." Jordan answered with a nod.

"I know there's the whol legality issue." She added with a chuckle before pausing.

".... wait, what?" She then asked, what he'd said at the end finally hitting her. She was smart, not brilliant, but decently perceptive and adaptable, and yet it seemed her brain had hit a wall as that realisation hit.

Did he seriously just say that?

Jordan was silent before laughing lightly.

"Yeah... let's avoid that. " She commented before smirking.

"Although if you came to visit me at some point, completely legal there unelss you hold authority over me - teacher, for example." She added

"That's fair." Jordan commented before sighing lightly.

"Also... is there anything I can do to help?" She asked. "Absolutely anything."

"If not, that's fine, but.. is tehre anything I can do to help?"

Jordan nodded.

"Yeah, back in a sec." She said before heading off. She returned a few mintues later with a light sigh.

"You sure you'll be ok?" She asked as she stepped up and handed him the glass.

"It's something that seems to have come out of nowhere." She added.

"And even for mortals, that something that ain't good, usually."

"What the hell...?" Jordan wondered as she made her way to the kitchen to see if there was a note or anything for her. It was possible that, maybe, Darrell tool Sebastien to the hospital or something, but she assumed there'd be a note in that instance. There was no text or anything, so she wasn't sure.

"Wonder where they are..." She muttered as she grabbed a drink and lookeda round, hoping to find something.

Jordan was completely silent as what was being repeated on the broadcast reached her ears.

"Wh... what...." She said quietly.

Her first thought hwas for her brother. Did he end up catching it? Was he and Sebastien at the hospital? Were they all right? Were they going to survive? There was no way for her to know.

Her second thought was her parents. Before she was properly awarte of what was going on, she sent a text to her dar, knowing that him and Mom were likely to be busy.

.... I don't know where Darrell is. I can't go home as was planned. Going to get ahold of Rene and see if he knows anything. Don't come here. There's a mana virus, and it isn't good. She knew she'd likely be called later, but that had the basic information for the moment.

After sending that, she send a text to Rene.

You're probably at the hospital to help with this... but... but has Darrell been admited...? It was simple and asked the question she wanted an answer to for the moment.
