@Unicorn: Actually yeah. We ended up jumping over a fence into a junk yard, there were a lot of awesome things there to photograph.

Nope, Dekk gave me the support email on FB and told me to email them about the problem. Waiting for a reply back now.
The fact Dekk didn't know what it was, that's a pretty bad sign.
