I didn't have health insurance since I turned 19 - now I'm 21 and lucky enough that my mom is willing to put me on hers.
I haven't been able to get cavities filled + my wisdom tooth removed 'cause it's like, $800 out of pocket o_o;; The US healthcare system is Terrible.

Also, I looked up my PCP and their website literally has 5 whole links. That's it. Just 5. Wh

I was living in Japan for almost 4 years. Oof man, it costs nothing for an ambulance over there, and the most I had to pay (if I had to pay) was $20, and that was both for treatment AND the meds. So good man. T^T

Therapist shopping Sucks a lot tbh, I had to go through 4 therapists to get one I felt comfy with.
I also just remembered the legal name change process in my state and I'm like...... orz

I’m with 0v7, therapist shopping sucks, and it made my anxiety worse each time I would call and get rejected because they can’t take anymore clients or they don’t take my insurance (even though my insurance company listed them on their page).
But when I found my therapist, it honestly changed my life. I still have depression and anxiety, but it doesn’t rule over me like it did. I feel so hopeful and positive~ ^^ I highly recommend taking the first steps to finding the right therapist.
