@Siron: Thank you. I have about 4 hours left. What is getting to me tbh is the irony of the situation. It is technical support training for an app, we are supposed to be seasoned tech support people, yet, so many are having issues logging into basic things, and following step by step instructions, many of which have visual aids. And these are the people who are going to be walking others through the process and frankly it scares me lol

@Siron: I completely understand about the languages. I can confuse myself and come up with the most off the wall random word in another language, but at times cannot remember something like "hi, how are you?" or "what time is it?" basic phrases or conversation pieces. I guess the logging in issue wouldn't be a big deal if the instructor didn't have to repeat themselves 15 times. Literally 15, simply because people aren't paying attention. He even gives time stamps as to when he last answered the question.
