We put potatoes, chuck roast(I think?), and spices/seasonings mostly. It's pretty simple - and the leftovers are turned into stew (we add carrots, corn, peas, and tomato sauce to the leftover pot roast).

omg i love raw fish!!! i love seafood tho its pricier, otherwise if i eat meat its usually just chicken
i've been trying to avoid red meat/pork for environment/animal reasons but i still have it sometimes :3
