Yeah, sometimes it takes time for them to form. Other times it takes finding a partner for them for them to tell you all about themselves.

I'm good at bouncing ideas off my best friend tho - as well as making snippets of dialogue between our OCs... RPing though, we both don't like to do - instead, we do headcanons and such :D

We bounce around a lot of ideas, do little snippets, pretest some scenes to see how the characters react in those situations.
Sometimes it gets a bit confusing if we do something ahead of the cannon.
