I like to add a tsp of ginger + garlic paste to my beef ramen - sometimes, I'll add a drop of sesame seed oil, or an egg while it's cooking. I don't eat chicken flavored ramen ever because it's Gross to me. For pork ramen, I don't typically add anything except for maybe an egg! I don't eat soy sauce ramen a lot, but it's pretty good by itself.

This is exactlyI just added some extra herbs and spices, yeah the packet already has some seasoning. But sometimes you just gotta add some pepper. I added lemon pepper, parsley, curry, garlic, and onion. Then the seasoning packet, along with some chicken bits.

This is exactlyCurry in ramen is absolutely amazing, I love to put it in my ramen. Chicken or beef, it does taste better in the beef ramen though.
Recently I've gone to a local Asian market to see if I can get more interesting ramen flavors. I have to go out of my way for things that aren't chicken or beef. Though I can easily get kimchi flavored ramen. Which is amazing.
