"Huh? Oh, sure." Nate replied.

"Yeah, that shouldn't be a problem." he told her.

"Things seem quiet here, so I can handle it." he then reasoned, finishing unpacking the box he had been working on.

"And after you get back, I just have 2 more boxes to unload and sort." he went on, getting closer to her.

"Then the delivery backlog will have been completely taken care of."

"See ya!" Nate called to her as she left. Once she did, he sighed and knew what he had to do. He made his way to the front and sat down at the desk. And immediately felt awkward.

But this is what it meant.

He was there as the interim.

If anyone needed someone answered, he'd do he best. He'd make sure things left for her would be in proper order.

He then sighed, and shook his head.

"Hopefully no emergencies happen." he chuckled.

Nate had been looking away for a brief moment when she came in, but turned when she spoke.

And what he saw was not a person. What stood before him... what he beheld... was the planet. The very planet itself was before him, shadowing over him, dwarfing him, looming over him.

It was... overwhelming, to understate it.

And the woman saw it in his eyes.

She saw it in his mind... trying to comprehend what was before him, but failing.

His brain was doing the equivalent of a computer freezing up from too much info being given to it at once.

Once the woman and Terra were away, Nate continued to stare blankly forward. He was like that for about 3 more minutes, before he suddenly came to, and realised where he was again.

"Wha!?" he exclaimed.

"What the...?" he asked, looking around.

That's when he noticed the note in front of him.

"Eh? What's this?" he mumbled, picking it up to read it, and STILL wondering what had just happened.

Nate was silent for a moment, before sighing.

"That's... understating it. Massively." he replied.

"What I saw was... it was... almost too much to comprehend." he told her.

"Something must be wrong with me..." he went on.

"I saw... the... plan... et." he then managed to get out... before noticing just what sort of view that the woman had given him.

And his face turned a decidedly noticeable shade of pink.

When she straightened up, Nate seemed to snap back to reality.

"Ah! R-right." he said.

"Right, yeah. Yeah, all right." he replied.

He then stepped away from the desk, and sighed.

"...um... I read the note." he told her. "Obviously." he mumbled.

"....how is she doing?" he asked.

"Is she all right?"

"Oh, it's... I'm sure it's not her fault." Nate responded.

"But... but seriously. What WAS that?" he asked.

"HOW can she have such a presence?" he asked her.

"That... that was... I mean... yeah..." he then mumbled.

"I've never experienced ANYTHING like that before." he continued.

"Was I... I mean... how!? How can she have the aura of the planet!?"'

Nate was, once again, overwhelmed.

He couldn't believe what he was hearing.

But he was hearing it. Plain as day.

"I... ah... I see." he said.

"That's... nothing short of amazing." he told her.

"And I mean that is ALL sense of the word." he continued.

"That is absolutely amazing."

Nate nodded in response.

"All right." he replied.

"Thank you." he told her.

"Just... seriously. Thanks." he repeated with a small smile.

He then left the medical wing, making his way down the hallway, stopping for a moment and sighing.

"Ugh." he mumbled, still reeling a bit from earlier.

Nate was almost instantly overcome with her aura. It looked like a life-force that was burning brightly, with no signs of snuffing out anytime soon. But... there was something else.

Something deep in the core of it.

Something... dark. Dark and ominous.

But she had asked him a question, and he needed to answer it without keeping her waiting.

"I..." he stammered.

"Well, I was... I don't know if you know me, or about me, but I'm the new intern in the medical wing, Nathan." he told her.

"And... I have... recently met Miss Terra."
