I’ve got a routine down now so I can get to sleep. Once I’m asleep it’s fine, just the falling asleep that’s hard. I have trouble shutting my brain off and that can sometimes mean I worry and get anxious. But I’ve picked up tricks over the years and I’m usually okay now.
