Oh wow. D: Insurance out-of-state is really tricky, I know. Which is dumb, because say you're on vacation and something happens where you need to go to the hospital...insurance probably won't even cover that visit. :L GUESS I'LL DIE THEN!!

Yeah, my insurance is..technically out-of-state, - my mom lives in Texas and has insurance through Texas, and I live in Oklahoma (somehow got on her insurance anyways???)

Oh, well that's cool? I have a friend who relocated from Kentucky back to his home state in Georgia, and getting his insurance changed over sounds like a nightmare. He recently had to go to the ER too, so that's another headache he has to deal with. x-x

I'm glad I have no plans to move out of Oklahoma, 'cause it'd be so hard to sort out insurance for that. I'm having a hard time already with it, and I haven't even moved lol

yeah insurance is super hard to navigate and i feel like one of the like Big Adult Challenges you have to face
hopefully once you get set up it won't be as hard afterwards! it's super confusing at first but once you have it set up it usuuuually gets easier

hard agree @ state of us healthcare :-/ i wish we had universal healthcare and idk put people over profit ?? seems like a p fundamental idea i wish our country could get behind

i guess have been doing more at work lately, which is kind of new? i've felt v disengaged w work for a while but lately have been coming around to it more
there are some ideas i've been having and feel excited about, and am considering applying to do a residency next year
i also want to take vacation and have been trying to plan around that! like when to take time off, what can i do, etc.
