hmm i've tried it in the past, i can feel it having an effect on my body but i don't think it helped v much w falling asleep ...

also idk how to describe it but i feel like my brain is in a different mode when i'm having insomnia ? like i can kind of feel it even before i go to bed, that i'm not like "ready" to sleep lol

yeah i was thinking about how like ... you can do everything "right" (eat, exercise, limit screen time, meditate, etc.) but sometimes it can't be helped ...
i think it's true that you can limit stuff from making it worse for sure, and do stuff that helps, but sometimes it happens no matter what you try! can't control bodies from doing what they do lol

i've been p sleepy all day lol i actually way overslept and woke up at 1pm >____>
i ended up taking the day off work cuz i was like welp ... and i decided to spend it finishing my residency application instead lol
i did finish though which is p good! and i did a painting study and went grocery shopping even though sleepy so overall not too bad
hoping tmr i can get some stuff done for work though so i don't feel behind for taking today off >_>
