I'm just really getting into all the witchy things, so I'm still learning.
But a lot of it seems to have to do with apples and such, because of it being harvest time.
So you use fresh;y harvested things to make stuff.
Apples, pumpkins, squash, etc.
For me, being in the 'broom closet' I'll probably see about filling the bird feeder with fresh seed, get some fresh apples to eat, and try to make myself a good dinner.
Simple shit that won't draw the attention of my grandparents.
