Yes, energy drinks are really not good for you. Even gatorade is mostly just sugar. Coffee and tea are reasonably healthy as long as you don't overdo it or load them up with the artificial sweeteners and flavorings.

I think my beverage preference is:
Tea > Coffee > Water > Gatorade > Soda > Energy Drink
I like coffee but not more than tea! Though, lattes are up there... Love me a latte, but they have SO much caffeine because of the espresso.

@Purpsy: I have been trying not to overdo my caffeine, but it hasn't been working the last couple of days.
Cocoa is another thing I don't usually drink. But I don't really like sweet things most of the time anyway, so that's not really a surprise
