I don't usually use a recipe for the fish tacos... but they're probably also not technically tacos either. Or maybe they are. At least nobody here seems to mind them without major sauces and so forth. Lime juice and cilantro, baby! ;)

Aaah yeah I don't usually bother with the taco seasonings at all; just keep it super simple. But I understand looking at recipes for that kind of thing too - I do that all the time ... double check the temperatures and timing and to make sure I'm not forgetting an essential spice... yep :3

I usually just put cilantro and lime, salt and pepper, sometimes some coriander, parsley or something else like that on them. I don't always eat nightshades, so I'll usually leave off the pepper and chili powder type options and let people add them on their own later if they want
