i used to not like melon/cantaloupe as a kid but now i actually do quite enjoy it if they're ripe :0 although i never buy them myself
I used to have a routine, but now I just kind of study whatever whenever. I try to at least do some listening practice every day though
Any melon. Putting salt on any melon brings out the flavor. If you've never tried it you're seriously missing out.

It's going well I guess. Sometimes I don't feel like I'm improving very much, but I know that's just how the intermediate plateau tends to go when it comes to learning languages
@Hachi: chicken + pineapple + brocolli + onion ... tossed in olive oil and baked on a sheet pan = meal win!

yeah i'd imagine going thru all that curriculum every year you have to become familiar w a ton of general knowledge :0

@xvz: Awww, thank you. We tried and I think we did ok all in all. Yes there are purely social groups out there, just as there are purely academic homeschool groups out there, but "socializing" has never been an issue for us. The key is having a co-op or some activity or interest for the kids to do - that's how adults meet people, right? XD
