I like non-sweet potatoes too, but they're just different things. One of the restaurants we used to go to a lot serves a loaded sweet potato which also has cinnamon butter and caramel sauce in addition to the marshmallows.

It may be to late now, but Hachi if you have a Honeybaked Ham there, you can just buy one... theres is so good.

at family hot pot there's usually just.. soy sauce, sriracha, hoisin, and oyster sauce. and usually I'll just mix all of them bc FLAVOR...
at a restaurant I'd def add something tangy and more spices

I can just never get past the green beans.... T-T I always taste them and I don't like it. It looks so good though.
