@xvz: I used to do curries and dahls all the time. There is just something about "Indian" food that is so wonderful! <3 I made a lentil dahl-type thing a day or two ago for my family that came out well. Tossed cubes of sweet potato in there as well as some leftover chicken. They gobbled it up!!

i can imagine that being frustrating! maybe it can be a good way to practice not blending? a lot of art fundamentals classes will explicitly teach you not to do any blending and to focus on blocking everything out w/ values and shapes instead
hmm i think there's photoshop elements if you just want the basics / can be cheaper ... idk i also torrent all of my adobe software but idk if i'd necessarily advise it >_>

@xvz: yeah. so i feel pretty iscolated in my own house
and now it just feels i live with strangers who just belittle how i feel constantly.
so i have no choice but to keep my mouth shut.
i've already blocked out most of the things. so right now i just feel like giving up on it.
the photoshop i want would be $25 per month.
which is still out of budget cause...i do not get paid at all lmao

@xvz: Yes, except that the deer come through at night and we don't see them so close to the house. However, they are in this area, and we do often see them (& sometimes other things) when we walk the dogs. It helps that there's a nature preserve very close by. It was really fun watching the baby deer jump around after momma a couple months ago! XD
