Well, we would do Kpop related and non-Kpop related stuff. On one site I mainly just hosted random minigames like guessing Kpop MVs from screenshots and such. It kind of felt like we were just left to our own devices. I didn't talk to the other staff much. They did host big events, but I think I joined during a big event dry spell.
On the other site I also hosted minigames, but I feel like I spent more time working on games for larger site events with the other event staff. We did a summer olympics event, a Halloween event, and a Christmas event. Some of the games would be Kpop related, but then we would also host games related to the event like Olympic trivia. For the Halloween event I did a pumpkin picking game where every user could pick a square with a pumpkin on it and then each user got a prize depending on the square they chose. It was like the Explore the Board game but just a one time thing. I can see how keeping up with doing it every day would be difficult. I also hosted a Christmasy Mafia-like game with another member of the event staff and a board game type thing during the Halloween event. Mafia games were really popular on the Kpop forums, but I didn't play them much myself. We also did some sort of scavenger hunt with things hidden around the site. I helped come up with some clues and locations for that. There was some drama among the staff on that site though, and after a while I left because I was tired of other people leaving and staff being weird or mean-spirited.
