and yeah it is spooky to know it can hit p close to home ... i'm taking a remote class rn and one of the other students said she had it earlier this year (but has recovered)
i think for a lot of ppl the idea of going back to march mindset is going to be very hard, esp w holidays coming up

oh i can't imagine being a kid rn .... also i wonder if ppl are gonna have intimacy issues in the future from this year Lol >_>
like kids who spent an important developmental time in their lives being told not to literally not get close to ppl

i guess you might keep them together just to be safe? i feel like it's harder for ppl to adopt two cats at once though, it is a bit more of a commitment / cost etc

oh yeah... a year is SO long when you're a kid!!! i didn't really consider that
damn that would be much harder... think of all the crushes and awkward middle school parties they're missing out on lol ...

yeah i feel like ppls home environments can vary quite a bit, not everyone has a good one and i can imagine it making school all the more harder

ahh yeah smaller trips are probably easier to handle, and it is also kind of good to get out of the house that way normally since it can (used to be?) kind of a relaxing errand

i tend to put off groceries either way since i have to carry them myself (like even last year) although it also makes it a little harder each time lol
i think it's also easier since i'm shopping for one smallish person so food can stretch for longer?

yeah i'm v interested to see psyc aftermath too :0 probably lots of sad stuff but i think it'll be interesting to see what develops in response + how ppl find ways to adapt and still thrive :0
like maybe kids find other ways of making friends / being social that we haven't seen before ..?

haha a lot of cat adoption pages also ask for more experienced cat ppl so i'm like >_> i'll just browse ....
i've only had cats for short periods of time (catsat 2 cats for a month, more catsitting, lived in apt w cat but didn't have to care for her) so idk if i have to confidence to take care of a higher maintenance kitty :0

aw sorry to hear that total, yeah that would definitely be tough
for a lot of ppl w not-great home dynamics, getting out of the house is a necessary escape, it must be super hard on kids to not have alternative spaces

i was working w an lgbtq+ crisis intervention place earlier this year and they were getting a lot more requests this year from young people who were stuck at home w unsupportive parents

total how far do you usually walk w ur groceries / what's like ur weight limit? :0
i find that i buy a lot fewer beverages when i have to carry my groceries lol ... i usually can't buy more than one carton of stuff at a time

haha i think my old brain also was like, drinks are a treat and you should just drink water cuz it's free .... i do buy drinks every now and then though and i do enjoy them as a treat though i tend to go for water as far as habit beverages go

cider is p good!! i haven't had any yet this year but maybe for thanksgiving it'll be nice to pick some up!
