yeah i have a hard time justifying treats for myself , is the pattern here Lol
when i went on work trips last year we got all our food comped and that's the only time i would buy precut fruit lmao

oohh yeah if i'm in a Cooking Mood prepping veg in advance does come in handy later, esp tossing stuff in the freezer!! like if i'm only gonna use half an onion, just chop it now and put the rest in the Freezer Onion Takeout Container lol
i don't usually have "just food prep" times though, just when i am prepping to cook :0 seems v Adult to prep it in advance :3

some veg def freeze/reheat better than others tho ...... like potatoes u can't just toss in the freezer, i learned the hard way >_> (they go brown, ur supposed to blanche them first!)
peppers and onions tho freeze well and are soo helpful to have on hand :0

i'll take fruit over vegetables if i could, but i think i need more vitamins from vegetables in general.
