@xvz: That doesn't sound completely horrible, given the likely options. Maybe call them to see why you weren't in autopay and why it has taken them the better part of a year to let you know you were behind???

I was going to set up my water bill to autopay, but we'll hopefully be moving out in less than a year, so don't see a point in that if I have to turn it off soonish.

@totalanimefan: Cheesecake for me can't taste too much like dairy, even though I know that's the POINT of cheesecake lol. I prefer it to taste more like mousse, if that makes sense? And that sounds like a great festive dessert. My favorite seasonal dessert is probably pecan pie lol.
xvz: Sometimes systems are wonky. At the last place I was renting, the company for my electric wouldn't send me a confirmation email for my account, so I had to set up autopay by calling the company instead of doing that online. Felt like a pain, but it wasn't MY system that was glitchy.
