@Totalanimefan: The Wellington Mall used to be nice but now that the Boynton Mall is super dangerous and everyone goes to the Wellington Mall its kind of meh xD its just average now when it used to be like really fancy.
@Rainbowpanda: Probably when puberty begins/menstruation. So around age 11-12. I learned about periods in 5th grade and starting in 6th grade began Sex Ed every year till highschool was over.

@RainbowPanda: Nope! It's definitely important to learn at a that young of an age because a lot of kids start having sex at that age. Once your period starts you're at risk for getting pregnant. Guys may develop later in life, but its important for them to know, too. :) Especially since they start watching porn/getting into that kind of stuff when they're like 11, lol.
