lol my workouts are nothing fancy! just short 5-10 youtube videos tbh
i got in the habit of doing them before i shower :0 but it's important that i keep it short so i don't feel overwhelmed / wanna put it off lol
i think my mindset w it is like, consistency over intensity! :3

I understand your thought process. I was doing exactly the same thing for a while (only doing the 7-minute workout instead of a video, before showering), then I got out of the habit somewhere along the way. Yes, I like doing physical things as long as it's not the gym - lol! Although lately, I haven't been doing much of anything other than walking the dogs.

@wildfire: oohh it's been odd that i've been able to wake up before my alarm lately :0 it's so different from my usual routine, of going to bed late and then fighting the alarm lol
what would ur 7 minute workout consist of? :3
going for walks in florida sound nice though, since (i assume) the weather right now is pretty good? ^^ do you have good walking paths in your area?
the place i'm staying at now, the neighborhood doesn't have a dedicated sidewalk but i've just been walking on the side of the road haha

Yes there are all kinds of trails -paved and unpaved, biking or hiking, etc., around here. The state and local parks are great, and yes, the weather is cool now (it has been mostly 50s-70 lately) and wonderful for being outside.

ahh that's so nice ^^ i think the weather here is similar! it's like hot in the sun and cold in the shade tho lol
yes def! i accidentally had too much coffee today though so i hope i didn't ruin it already T_T we'll see ...
if anything i'll try to get up early tmr either way , even if i can't fall asleep early i'll still get up at the same time and hopefully that'll keep me on track!
my routine lately has been, get up, (check voltra for 30-60 min lol), breakfast, art for a bit, lunch, read, then start work in the afternoon @@
i'd like to do some baking though! we don't have baking pans but we do have like the glass dishes .. ? not the same but hopefully can make do!

@xvz: at least once through XD and usually as I get in to it, I end up adding other exercises to the mix, or doing the set a second or third time. It really depends on how I'm feeling that day and how much time I have available before I need to be doing something.
That sounds like a lovely relaxing routine! I hope you can get the baking aspect figured out - that would be nice to do! :3
