The best kinds of recipes are the ones tucked into a personal recipe book. <3 :p
I can't find the recipe online, but it's easy enough and forgiving enough (I often eyeball the amounts lol!)
Ingredients -
1 cup almond butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp coconut flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
preheat oven to 350*F
Loaf pan (recipe says to line it with parchment paper but I'll sometimes just spray it)
combine almond butter, eggs, pumpkin puree, honey, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar. Combine well
Add in coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, cloves. Mix.
Pour in to pan.
Bake for 45-55 minutes.
Let cool before slicing (about 15 minutes)
