@Totalanimefan: Yep but the top floor is not very good at insulating heat during winter months.
Is a really an old apartment and we can't control the temperature like most modern homes does TwT

We don't have a lot of restaurant chains here (excluded fast food restaurants)
It feels like I'm living in the middle of no where because I'm surrounded with small apt. buildings and houses x'D
@Totalanimefan: Yep is the same thing with the old apt. I lived in before too :/
But I didn't suffer much of the cold because it was a bigger apt and I didn't live in the very top floor.
But I'm happy to say that Toronto is building a lot of condos lately.... maybe a bit too much tbh and I've heard some don't like it xD
I would love to love in a neigbourhood like that. I don't like going out too much so it'll be nice to have everything close by.
