yeah the stores put a limit on how much a person can get, limit 'two packages' which to me seems reasonable, given you can get to packs of the big ones, and have enough tolet paper for a month. 'shrugs' and yes we had to deal with hoarding. toilet paper, paper towels, certian canned foods.
