Personality: Zuzana is pretty serious and reserved but she has a love for animals and anything sweet. She gets angry pretty fast so try not to make her angry.
Bio: Zuzana was adopted into a vampire family at the age of 12 when the law passed that vampires must have a human assistant to provide for them during the witch/vampire war where witches are enslaved. She is a witch who can harvest the power of the sun and she knows if she is found out, they might use her powers for their own gain even if her vampire parents are pretty nice.

Name: Vahn Morelock - Ezra Miller faceclaim
Age: Appears to be in his 20s, older as a vampire
Personality: Vahn can be aloof and mischievous, and his apparent disregard for those around him makes him look rather selfish. Around his parents he is more formal and respectful, more out of a sense of duty rather than love towards his family.
Bio: Vahn was born during the vampire/witch war and came to maturity towards the end of it. He wasn't directly involved in the war as his family was well off and more interested in funding the campaign rather than being directly involved in battle. Being a child and rather young and naïve during this conflict could be part of the reason that Vahn doesn't outright agree with the new law of the land, and doesn't necessarily agree that the witches should be enslaved or prosecuted (even if they are lesser beings). He doesn't speak his misgivings out loud or share them with anyone for fear of the consequences that come with treason.
He's somewhat neutral to humans and his kind to his family's human servant because his parents are kind to her. If asked for his opinion, he would have to think about it as he hasn't given her too much notice other than occasionally harassing her during her work while he's bored.
Trivia: The name "Vahn" means "God is good" and is a family name passed down from a time when the family's ancestors were still human. The irony of such a name is not lost on the vampires, and Vahn carries some of this in his personality.

It was on Zuzana’s 16th birthday when she discovered that she was a witch. Her vampire parents had given her a chocolate cupcake with sprinkles and a lit candle which she had brought into her room, closed her eyes and made a wish for Vahn to stop harassing her with his comments and annoyingly charming smirks.
When she opened her eyes the flame was out even though she didn’t blow on it. She knew that meant in witch terms that she was a Fire Witch, someone who could harness fire and the power of the sun. She’s also knew that her vampire parents would shun her for being a witch and she had finally accepted being part of the family with occasional sneaking off to steal blood for them. Her own parents had died tragically in a car accident and it still hurt to think of them.
A few weeks had passed after her birthday and she was trying her hardest to keep her power in control.

Vahn awoke shortly after sunset. He opened the window to his room and allowed the silver moonlight to flood in. The night was clear and the stars shone far, far away. The vampire stood in the window, staring out over the dark landscape and collecting his thoughts. Honestly, there wasn't very much to collect. Vahn's life was far from difficult, and his day to day existence seemed somewhat dull compared to the wartime of his childhood. Not that he was necessarily complaining.
He descended from the upper stories of the home with a yawn. He could hear his parents stirring somewhere in the house, and made a note to avoid crossing their path. It was too early for that. Instead he went down towards the common areas, searching for the human.
"Zuzanaaa," he called. "Be a dear and fetch breakfast, all right?"
