Well, I guess diet does have a negative connotation to it.
I actually enjoy doing keto cause it's stuff I like to eat anyway. haha
I've definitely changed my diet and activity level to have a healthier lifestyle for the past 5-6 years.
I was overweight and lost nearly 100 lbs. I just want to be more lean and have less body fat.

@Vozzy: oh congrats on your weightloss!!! 100 lbs are amazing! Since i have my toddler iam overweight too like 20lbs..... i recently Start eating much less like a normal Person of my heigh xD i dont like keto i just Love my carbs ans Alkohol but eating less helpes too!
@Miss Sandman: Thanks! My journey is not over just yet. I still have more fitness goals. :) Yeah, it's difficult to give up carbs and wine, but there are alternatives that satisfy my cravings. xD
