"Aly can look at me..." he said rubbing his stomach.

He suddenly scrambled up and into the bathroom.

And he was in there for a while.

Eke came out and sat on the floor, leaning into Savra's lupine form.

His fever had come back with a vengeance and that third of toast had come up.

He just held onto Savra for comfort.

He had had bad flare ups, but nothing like this.

"Nauseous but alright." he said running his hands through Savra's soft fur.

"Just...let me lie here..." he said softly

His wings stretched out. Were they bigger? They seemed bigger.

He was also covered in more scales now.

His face had scales where he didnt before.

Eke fell asleep on the floor against Savra.

At least while he slept, he was still.

He was unlikely to wake before they got back.

His wings lay limp on the floor and against him, his tail sprawled out.

He looked closer to one of those draagon/human half breeds than a dragon in human form

Aly's tiny shriek woke him up.

"Where...?" he said groggily.

He looked over "Aly...hi..." he managed.

He tried to get up, but he just felt too weak to do so.

"I dont know..." he said taking her hand.

"I...i dont feel well..." he said pulling her close.

"I love you...i missed you"

"A day...i think...might be two i dont know...ive been asleep for most of it" he said.

"Not long...Aly...i...please tell me you know whats wrong with me..." he pleaded

"I...why am i stuck mid-transformation?"

"Ryker...what about Ryker?" he asked looking back at the RV.

Of course, Arissa was right on it.

The older, noble dragon helped Ryker inside and onto his own bed.

Arissa was well known in the dragon world, almost as powerful money-wise as Eke's family.

She looked to Savra, and a slight look of judgement passed her eyes before giving way to something warmer the ice dragon normally would. Savra was Eke's "pet" so she wouldnt be unkind.

Arissa sat by Ryker to make sure he rested.

Eke on the other hand struggled. He was stressing and scared.

Even when laid in his bed, he fidgeted. He couldnt get comfortable. His wings were in the way, he was aching and his head pounded. His stomach churned and it was hot.

"Aly im thirsty..." he saidhis cheeks practically cherry red.

Arissa stayed by Ryker. There really wasnt much she could do.

Eke writhed and squirmed.

And for a moment...he was still.

Staring at the ceilling, but his pupils narrowed, like an animal.

For a brief time, it was like all his humanity had fled.

And as quickly as it came, it was gone, and he was back to moaning in pain.

Eke looked at her.

"I...me and Ryker...we...had a bit of a fight...and he.." he paused to take the water.

He drank the entire bottle in one go feeling like he hadnt had water in days.

"I thought he was going to try and...and get himself killed again...like we first met. I...i ran to catch up with him." he finished.

"Aly...it hurts...so much...make it end" he pleaded.
