Virgil raised an eyebrow when she said that.

"Okay...?" he responded.

"I mean, I can understand wanting one to keep what one is a secret, but you've seriously peaked my curiosity now." he told her.

"And thanks. Again." he then said further.

"Firstly, for getting me into that duplex, and secondly, for this."

"Uh... all right then." Virgil responded, as the building came into view, and he paused.

"Wait... is this...?" he started to ask, before she just nodded.

"It is." she told him.

"Wow. I never knew you worked HERE." he admitted.

"Damn, Anya, you're really killin' it, aren't you?" he asked.

Jake looked over towards them, darted his tongue out, and then pressed the buzzer to let them in.

"Heya." he responded.

"So YOU'RE the one lookin' for a job?" he asked Virgil.

"Yeah..." Virgil responded.

"Good luck." Jake told him.

"Y'got Anya vouchin' for ya, so you're already on the road to getting hired on." he chuckled.

Virgil just smiled.

"I'll do my best." he told her.

"Thank you again." he said before she split from where he was.

He then looked to the door, took a small breath, and opened it, where he saw a woman bent down behind a desk, sorting through something there.

"Ah, hello?" he said.

"I'm here for a sudden interview?" he said further, trying to politely get her attention.

"..." Virgil was silent, before making his way to a chair and sitting on it.

I'll be out in a minute. Sharp sent back to Arryn.

She then noticed that the man sitting there looked... uncomfortable.

He looked shy, he looked awkward, and she could see he wasn't looking at her.

Or, rather, he was fidgeting slightly, and looking towards the floor.

Virgil jumped a little when she addressed him, before he got up and slowly made his way over, avoiding her gaze.

"..." he was silent for a moment, before she heard him clear his throat a little.

"Y... yes?" he asked.

"What... what is... it...?" he asked further.

And she could tell he seemed a little... afraid.

Immediately, Virgil shot to attention, and it was enough to startle her for a second.

"Stalk!?" he exclaimed.

"I haven't been stalking you!" he insisted.

"I mean... well, okay, there was that one time..." he then said. "And... I mean at the mall..." he went on. "And... well... I... and the café... and... when you were walking back..." he continued, getting a bit more quiet.

"...and I keep disappearing before you... can..." he then said further, before going silent for a second.

"Oh god, I've been stalking you." he realised, before getting down his knees and elbows, his hands clasped together.

"I'm so sorry!" he apologised profusely, as Sharp opened the door and raised an eyebrow, seeing what he saw.

Virgil was silent for a moment, before rising to his feet, and noticing Hal was there.

"Oh! Uh..." he stammered.

"Answer the lady." Hal told him.

"...because... because..." Virgil verbally stumbled. "I... I'm a big fan of your work." he told Arryn.

"And... I... I mean... I just... wanted to try and meet you." he went on.

"But... I couldn't... I didn't know... what to say... or do..." he admitted.

Virgil's eyes widened when Arryn said that, and Hal cleared his throat.

"Step inside." he told him, to which Virgil did.

He then looked at Arryn, and nodded.

"After this, you and I are going to have a little chat." he told her.

"And I'm fairly certain you know what about."

Virgil and Hal had been in the office for close to 45 minutes, before the door was opened, and they stepped out.

"Remember, be here tomorrow morning." he told him. "Before we go any further, that has to be done." he said further.

Virgil was silent, before nodding slightly.

"I understand." he responded.

"Good." Sharp said.

Virgil then looked towards Arryn, and bowed slightly once more.

"Again, I'm SO sorry..." he apologised. "...oh. And... I'm Virgil." he finally introduced himself.

"Is there anything you wish to say to Virgil before he disappears for the night?" Hal asked her.
